In one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, Puerto de Sóller, we find this modern apartment divided into 2 floors, with a spectacular terrace, amazing sea views and capacity for 6 guests.
The large terrace is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the Tramuntana mountains or on the beach. You can enjoy your meals under the awning while admiring the breathtaking views or have a drink while marvelling at the sunset.

To access this modern flat, you will have to climb a steep flight of stairs from the street. The interior of the flat is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with AC and satellite TV. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor we have the 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of them have air conditioning and one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with bath completes this floor. If you wish, we can prepare a cot and a highchair in case you travel with your baby. Finally, in the flat you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Puerto de Sóller is one of the most emblematic places in Mallorca, which also has a beautiful beach. But the area offers many other fantastic places to visit such as the town of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià. The offer of routes for excursions through the Sierra de Tramuntana is wide. And you cannot forget to take the tram and the Sóller train to discover the beauty of the mountains from another perspective. Please note that during peak season, parking is in high demand in the area.

Le logement était conforme à l'annonce et nous convenait parfaitement (1 adulte et 3 enfants). Il était suffisamment grand et bien chauffé (le chauffage dans la 3e chambre n'a pas manqué). Il manque peut être un peu de couteaux pour le nombre de personnes que nous étions et il serait agréable de trouver des pastilles de lave vaisselle plutôt que devoir en acheter. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et nous avions un petit cadeau d'accueil bien sympathique, merci. Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement idéal et le prix était adapté compte tenu de la saison d'hiver. Si l'on vient l'été, je pense que l'accès à la plage peut être un peu long si l'on souhaite y aller tous les jours. Hors saison, je reviendrai probablement dans ce logement.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war nur per E-Mail erreichbar und nur auf Englisch. Unsere Beanstandung mit Beweisbildern wurde nicht ernst genommen, obwohl wir schrieben, dass wir in ein anderes Objekt wechseln wollen. Auf der Terrasse fehlte die ganze Abdeckung, ein Sonnenschirm stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Appartement nebenan wurde renoviert, d.h. Baulärm frühmorgens. Um diesem zu entfliehen, haben wir 2 Uebernachtungen in einem Hotel gebucht! Unkorrekte Angaben wie: WLAN Verbindung in der Hausordnung, unsere spezielle Anfrage bez. Kaffemaschine und Haartrockner wurden falsch angegeben. Allgemeiner Zustand des Objekts, Badewanne mit Rostflecken, Duschtüre unten rostig, unsaubere Schränke im Bad und in der Küche. Backofen sehr verschmutzt. Betten waren 2m lang, aber die Matratzen nur 1.90m (sieht toll aus!) Wir können alles mit Bildern beweisen.

We had a lovely stay in Port de Sóller. The property is very comfortable and the terrace in particular is beautiful. It was spacious and quiet and the perfect location for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was particularly welcome. Homerti were very responsive when we had any questions during our stay. There are lots of great transport links to other parts of the island and some great restaurants (Sol y Sombre, Bon Vi, and La Sal in particular were great). Be aware, the property is up quite a steep hill from the port, which you do get used to. There was an issue with the pre-paid airport transfer when we left. Another taxi arrived and told us it was ours, but it wasn't, and we had to pay an extra 50 euros at the Airport. If you book a transfer through Homerti, make sure to find out what company they are using and triple check with the driver. Overall we were very happy with our holiday and had a fantastic time. We'd definitely like to return.

Man muss aber wissen, dass es ein ordentlicher Anstieg vom Port bzw. Busstation ist, der abends nicht beleuchtet ist. Aber uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört.

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert problemlos mit einer Lockbox. Es ist alles notwendige In der Küche vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert gut. Die große Terasse hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Ich würde es wieder buchen!
