In Port de Sóller the apartment Can Joi 12 is located on the 1st floor of a house directly on the beach. On 130 m² of living space the beautifully furnished apartment has a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped country house kitchen in pastel colours, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and thus can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a wood burning stove, a TV, a cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the sun terrace with a large awning, a table with chairs and 2 sun loungers, where you can have meals together. Meanwhile you can enjoy the unique view of the bay with crystal clear water, the sandy beach and the mountains on the horizon. The nearest supermarket is 2.4 km or a 5-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants are within 200 metres. The beautiful sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is right on your doorstep and awaits you with fine sand and turquoise blue water. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten!

Good clean apartment
4 Fifty year old men staying in the apartment for a cycling holiday and break. Great location, lovely big terrace which gets sun through till 3:30/4. Bathrooms a bit tired, but well appointed. Being at the edge of town means very quiet and no noise, but the 100m walk to the beach was awesome.

très bel appartement, avec superbe terrasse et une vue éblouissante sur la baie.
Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, sauf le fait qu'après avoir fait une demande de départ reporté de 11 à 16 h, on m'a répondu que c'était possible mais en payant 40 € supplémentaire. J'ai été très déçu de cette offre que j'ai refusé, mais sachez quand même que j'étais accompagné de ma belle-mère qui a plus de 90 ans et qui aurait pu se reposer plus longtemps, avant le long voyage retour en bateau!!! Je pense qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation après nous, car sinon, le gestionnaire m'aurait purement refusé ma demande Cordialement, André PERRIER

A éviter.
Très très cher pour ce que c'est. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix pour un appartement sur la plage de Es Repic. Sol de l'appartement sale en arrivant (si besoin de plus de temps entre deux locataires pour faire le ménage alors faire l'entrée plus tard). Vue trompeuse sur mer car ne montre la vue sur le grand parking. Un brise vue sur la rambarde de la terrasse permettrait de cacher le parking sans nuire à la vue sur mer. Draps qui sentent fortement l'humidité même après lavage et séchage soleil. Terrasse avec quelques meubles rouillés qui n'ont rien à faire là. Aucun soin porté à la terrasse aucune plante (qui ne nécessite pas d'arrosage) alors que c'est le lieu de vie l'été. Vous trouverez des appartements avec une meilleure vue, à un meilleur prix, aussi près de la plage et avec d'avantages de soin.
