"It's important to mention that this isn't a hotel per se; they're more like apartments or studios. There's no reception or lobby. All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good."

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "A very nice stay. We were only in Milan for one night so we didn’t have time for a full exploration of the area, but the room was clean and quiet, private bathroom. Lots of security to get into the building, apartment, and room, so certainly safe. Nice bathroom. Perfect for our one night stay."

"It was a little confusing to find. Once inside it was better than expected. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathrooms and a loft bedroom upstairs. There was also a small kitchenette and a large couch that could easily accommodate 2 people. Over all wonderful flat once you locate it! "
