"First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. "Had an amazing time in Cagliari, made even better by staying in this lovely accommodation. Fabrizio was super helpful in the lead up to our trip and whilst we were there, in terms of suggestions for places to eat and sites of interest. The room we had was charming, with lovely features and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a fantastic stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at Vela Rooms. Ting, and the staff there are incredible. The Room was kept immaculately, super clean, every day stocked with baked goods, water and juice. And it was quiet at night. Ting was a wealth of information on what to do in Cagliari and the surrounding countryside and was so kind to us. "I only give 4 starts because no parking space for the hotel and its very difficult to find a space on the street plus have to pay every day except Sundays and siesta time. No free parking anywhere. Otherwise everything in the corner, very lovely area in the city centre. Nice restaurants, supermarkets everywhere. "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless."

"We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !"
