"I’ve always been skeptical of motels, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was large, very clean, good AC. This room was better than another chain hotel I stayed at (and paid more for) the night before in another town. "

"We traveled down to go hiking in the Socorro area and just needed a place to sleep for the night. Is this the best hotel weve stayed at? No. Remember this is Socorro, NM. Youre not going to find a 5 star equivalent to what you'd find in a large city. But the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast had coffee, waffles, yogurt, bread for toast, and oatmeal. The only thing it didn’t have was an ice machine, which is not uncommon in NM, but there's an ice station just down the road, which IS common in NM. Overall, it suited our needs just fine."

"They are in the process of remodeling rooms. The one we had was remodeled and was excellent. Don’t let the outside conditions scare you off. Would stay again."
