"The property is conveniently located near the airport and Papeete. The pool and lounge area are lovely. The food was great. The room however was really run down. That said, our ocean view, staring at Moorea, saved the room experience a bit. "

"Convenient, easy, good breakfast, friendly staff that goes an extra mile to help. Besides the pool and the ocean, they had billiards, foosball and ping pong. There is also a market close in case you forgot anything. We had a good time and would certainly come back. "

"The location is not very convenient if you want to leave the property, but we were content to stay. We stayed in the overwater bungalow, awesome! The only improvement needed is the food selection. All the dining options had the same food, so the choices were limited however we liked what we had all nights. Staff was very nice😊"

"Everything was great, especially the staff. They helped us make dinner reservations, and recommendations on places to visit on the island. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was being able to snorkel off of the dock. We saw hundreds of kinds of fish and coral."

"I was concerned on the mixed reviews, but our experience in an OWB was fantastic! (#409) The room was amazing, the pool was large, the breakfast buffet was good. All staff were friendly, location has restaurants close by. Aprox 15-20 minutes from the ferry terminal. Would come back here again"

"This place is beautiful. The sounds of the birds the beauty of the plants, the view from the bungalow, all excellent. I like being in nature and this was like being in nature while still having comforts of home. The bathroom itself was gorgeous with a skylight, lava rock and plants. The man squiring net around the bed really works well. The owners took us on a boating trip to snorkel and it was divine. All very restful."

"This was a beautiful place—the curb appeal is very good. But you are basically on your own here. Breakfast had been advertised, but once I arrived, I found out food is available only in high season. If you have a car, then you will do brilliantly here, but we were on foot and the area around the hotel is a main road with traffic and many barking, snarling, free-wandering dogs. So you can’t walk anywhere from here. Again, if you have a car and go grocery shopping, there is a kitchen for your use...

"The pros: Our room was large and had good climate control (air conditioning is very important here!). There was a mini fridge and microwave as well as storage space. There was space to park our rental car, and food marts within walking distance. We could also walk to the Papeete waterfront and market fairly easily. "After being ripped off by taxi and feeling despondent it was lovely to have a homely friendly safe feeling I could come back to. Tours will pick you up from here but other than yacht club there isn't much nearby to walk to and taxis are USD15 at least per trip. Breakfast is out with building under construction at the moment."
