"Stayed for a long weekend with family, 4 adults & 2 children. The house is a good size and in a good quiet location easy to get into the centre of London with buses and trains not too far away. Whilst the carpets upstairs look new and the bedding and towels were also new the house is in need of some attention. The kitchen was not very clean also the cooker and fridge were not good. Unfortunately there was nothing for us to clean with after cooking only a sponge scora and one tea towel, no...

"The property was exactly as described and extremely spacious and well laid out. The kitchen area is superbly appointed and the addition of a downstairs toilet adds to make it a home from home. Comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi and pristinely clean. Have already booked to return on the summer."

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"Host was incredibly helpful andCommunicative. Address all questions quickly and made for a nice stay. The Tesco being across the street was highly convenient and the train stations were just close enough to be walkable. Overall this listing was well worth the price. "

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "
