"Well worth the price. We had a lovely two night stay as visiting Bridlington Spa for a UB40 gig. Breakfast was included and trust me, if you want a breakfast to set you up for a day exploring, the breakfast is Huge. Host and staff we met were lovely and friendly. Its clear there are some improvments being made to the place, but overall and for the price we paid it is perfect. Its perfect location is set just round the corner of everything you could possibly need."

"A great welcome by Karen into their stunning home with tea and biscuits in the residents sitting room! Our bedroom was very well furnished and excellent taste in decor with pieces of antique furniture. Very comfortable bed, super large bathroom with amenities. Wonderful breakfast selection in an amazing dining room… the Cornmill is a unique and fascinating property with the mill water wheel on show through a secure glass viewing area! "Emma contacted me unprompted to see what time I would be arriving, which was a nice courtesy. Enjoyed a nice slice of homemade cake with my tea upon arrival. Nice touch! My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. "It was a convenient location. It was good to be able to leave the car outside the guest house, and for it to included in the price. My husband and I enjoyed the views from the bedroom window overlooking the bay. However the bedroom was smaller than we expected. The staff and customers were friendly. "Last stay as part of a uk road trip. This location was outside of Scarborough by 10 min journey which suited us more. This was a lovely end to our holiday. Everything you could need was provided. Having park across the road for kids to play and run around was a bonus. Pub next door for food - which can be delivered if you wanted to stay home. A luxurious feel at a reasonable price. Would stay again. "
