"This place is fabulous!! Located right on the river, charming and wonderful owners! I was running late and called to say that I couldn't make it inside check in hours. Cathie, one of the owners was super friendly and was waiting for me when I arrived. I stayed in a dome which was beautifully decorated with lovely furniture and drapes,and outfitted with everything I needed – a mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes. A nice touch was a soft electric blanket on top of a very comfortable bed. I will definitely recommend this place and come back again! "

"Our room (10, 3rd floor) was very comfortable with a lovely large en-suite bathroom. Not all rooms have en-suite facilities. Angela was very helpful with restaurant tips, and cooked us a great hot breakfast. We would have loved to spend more time in Digby, as the town had some interesting shops, and the fresh seafood was wonderful, especially the scallops!"

AND, it was in a great location to walk around the harbor and quaint village strip of Digby. They were also super flexible when we had to change our plans due to a cancelled ferry and switched our stay from the end of the trip to the beginning, so I give them extra stars for staff and service. "My Daughter came from Ontario with her boyfriend. They stayed in one of the suites that felt like you were in an apartment. Bedroom was a separate room with a TV. Two doors led to the bathroom. The living area was a separate room s well and had plenty of space. There were a table, chairs, couch, coffee table, two rocking chairs, kitchenette and all of the amenities as if your in your own home! What a delight! The view of the ocean was amazing and the noise level around was minimal. The resort is very close to the city of digby, ns so all shopping, dining and touring is about 5-10 mins away. The staff was great and let me enter the premises early to have a surprise basket ready for them when they arrived. The room was clean, with an old school feel. Awesome time they had and want to stay there the next time they visit! "
