"The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc."

"Very nice property Only suggestion would be in kichen.no measuring cups , mixer and dish drying rack next to sink. Am a cook and those cheap simple Things make a big deal. Minor but your stuck when you dont have it. A couple doesnt always use dishwasher . A rack would be handy__ I"

"This is a very small cottage and would not recommend for more than two people. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Sufficient linens and towels. We stayed in the winter and there was no snow shovel nor ice melt and we had several snowstorms during our stay. The location is good as there are several good restaurants nearby. There are several state and local parks nearby with excellent walking paths."

"The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well. We enjoyed sitting on the porch...

"Reina (helpful and kind) met us at the property and walked us through the house, we called as we were arriving late and she even told us to stop because things closed at 9. Don’t let the square footage fool you there is tons of private space in basement. There are interesting books and the neighborhood is so cute! Beautiful area!!"

"The host was rude and would not pick up the phone . Did not even end up staying due to false advertising regarding the “house” which didn’t even turn out to be an entire apartment. Requested my money by and am still fighting to get my money back for a place that was not what I expected and did not even stay there"
