"Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend. "

"This B&B was amazing on every level. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the capitol building. The parking was included and much easier than other downtown hotels which require valet and garage parking. The included breakfasts were excellent and different every day with two choices of entrées that were restaurant quality. A common room with complementary refreshments was a cozy and welcoming and much appreciated touch. All staff were friendly and accommodating and the check-in and checkout process was easy."
