"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "

It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. "

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

"Right by the sea, low-key hotel (huge room, huge shower), very recently refurbished but keeps some local character. Easy, comfortable, pleasant and good value for money. Excellent restaurants nearby."
