"This hotel is a gem. The facility is in perfect condition. The staff treats you like royalty. The food is exceptional. You will not be disappointed. We will enjoy the spa today and expect equally great care. "

"The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. "

"Bystrička hotel is in quiet village area, great for relaxing. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast food was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a good night sleep. "

"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it....

Lovely hotel conveniently located

"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. There is a fridge filled with all sorts which you have to pay for but it would be ok to keep your milk in. Breakfast has plenty of choice both hot and cold and there is a hot drinks machine to serve yourself. I would certainly stay there again if I were to visit Zilina."

It is located at Hotel Fatra's dining room as a buffet style. The place was crowded, tables were not cleared, and 30 mins before the end they ran out of food. "

Good option available from Zilina.

"It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina. The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged. There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The minibar is also empty."
