"For the most part, the cottage was very quaint, charming and clean; and logistically very convenient to the waterfront. However, an overgrown back yard and swarming bees kept us from enjoying the outdoor space., and frenzied construction on a soon-to-open restaurant within mere yards of the cottage made for disturbing daytime noise, jockying around vehicles in an already tight driveway, and annoying floodlights burning all night. Otherwise I'd consider renting it again but I'm concerned these...

"This was a perfect lodging for me visiting family. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean with a clean fragrance to the room. (not musty like some) amble bathroom space with W/D all new. This is not property for extensive cooking but perfect for reheating from restaurant dishes of the area. Bed was very comfortable and the smart TV was perfect. I’ll will be back! "What a great oasis—this was the perfect place for our adult family of five to get away from our busy lives. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and there was plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive meant we only went into the city once. Rick is a perfect host, communicating regularly and responding quickly. We would stay here again!"
