"Definitely a budget standard room. Towels were awful, thin, not fluffy, grey, worn out, frayed edges. Need renewing desperately. Bugs flying around lamps in restaurant, had to stop staff from spraying insecticide during our dinner. Fridge in room wasn't a fridge but a storage for snacks. Unbelievable as it's blowing warm air inside false fridge. So go figure. Took a while to eventually change faulty safe in room, wasn't screwed down. "Honestly - I was out here for a business trip - the hotel had very good reviews but within an hour I made reservations at another hotel. The bed was extremely low and maybe slightly broken (it sunk in the middle). The sheets seemed yellow but it could have been the lighting. The shower had mold and brown broken tiles. Half of the sockets didn't work and I couldn't charge my computer or phone. It definitely needs some upgrades as it feels like it's from the 70's. The view was amazing and...

"Stay was good, my parents love the convenience. Breakfast option wasn’t available upon booking. Had to pay extra on the spot, the Hotel did not send any welcome email for us to communicate. "

"The hotel is a nice hotel. But the description that it offers "airport transportation" is false. And the location of the hotel is not good for going about Yogyakarta, as the sidewalks are blocked by vendors and the streets are impassable due to everyone driving motorcycles in Indonesia."
