"Wonderful thoughtful hosts. More than average amenities. They thought of all the little things to make our stay comfortable. Very cute little cottage and great location for our purposes. Witham Cottage is the self-contained annex to the owners’ Georgian farmhouse.

"The accommodation and location are 5-star. The hosts, Kathy and Alan, are unique and very helpful. We have stayed at this location several times in recent years and cannot fault anything. It's very much a home-from-home when we travel there—highly recommended."

"This is a really lovely property, lots of space with an excellent, very well equiped, kitchen leading on to a big secure garden. we were a three generation family with a dog and the space worked brilliantly. We entertained family and had lots of children visit, the garden toys and sit on tractors where a huge success. I can honestly say we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. "Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"The property was great and in a nice village. Local cafe at Manor House Farm is worth a visit as is the nearest pub Hare & Hounds. We visited Lincolnshire City centre which was lovely, the castle, cathedral and historic prison were all in walking distance once parked up in centre. We also visited a National trust Old Workhouse which was very interesting. Lots of things to do in Lincolnshire and well worth a visit."

"Great dining room allowed four to eat in comfort and a relaxing lounge for us to play games and lie back on recliners by the wood stove."

"mini weekend break at the white horse holiday park. Check in directions weren’t made clear, especially when arriving at 5pm on a dark January night, contacted the site manager for advice. Cosy pub on site however disappointed food wasn’t available after seeing advertisement on social media. Lovely lodges, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding.. hot tub was perfect!"

"The cottage was very spacious, comfortable and warm. Waltham is a lovely village and lots of places to visit near by. Communication with Eloise the owner was good. Would highly recommend Dog friendly too!"
