Heated floors in the bathroom, bathtubs, toiletries,and a minibar are all available depending on the floor plan you get. The breakfast was wonderful, so many options to choose from and very clean establishment. I have no complaints other than Oslo was very pricey."

"Karl Johan is a fantastic option for a stay in Oslo. The biggest pros: the central location, within walking distance to everything; the large, fresh breakfast selection; and the spacious rooms. We were surprised by the room size, especially compared to other European-style hotels—they’re quite large and overlook the street. I had read a few complaints about loud music, but we didn’t experience anything like that; it was generally quiet, even on the weekend. The building has a charming old-world style, and we really had no complaints. It felt like great value for the cost for our group, spread across three different rooms."
