"My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. The hotel is not so busy so the staff should be more attentive. I was waiting during the check in for them to finish private conversations between themselves….not the first time.
