"Wir verbrachten eine Woche unseres Urlaubs im schönen Dänemark. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur verlief immer schnell und freundlich. Positiv: Als wir ankamen fanden wir äußerlich, ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus vor und auch die Schlüssel waren schnell gefunden. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten so den Großteil unseres Urlaubs im freien verbringen. "There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
