Nedslidt og overprised.
Meget nedslidt, sengene har i den grad set bedre tider, vi tog ikke engang bad da vi ikke fandt badeværelset attraktivt. MEGET overprised. Havde forventet meget meget mere af et scandic hotel af være, men må efter dette ophold revurderer min holdning til Scandic generelle kvalitet i forhold til priser.

Hotellet er lidt nedslidt, men personalet var noget af det mest venlig og hjælpsomme jeg nogen sinde har mødt. Min gamle mor - som går dårligt - skulle med, og allerede inden vi kom, havde sørget for at hun ikke skulle gå så langt til sit værelse. Næste morgen havde hun fødselsdag og så havde personalet sørget for den finest pyntning og reservation af bord i restauranten til morgenmaden. Det var helt på eget initiativ og lige præcis i den rette dosering - det var virkelig rørende og ualmindelig sødt af dem.

Gammelt og slidt interiør
Forfærdelig gammelt og nedslidt hotel. Gulvtæpperne rundt omkring er pinligt beskidte og iturevet. Magnetkortene til værelserne går konstant i stykker grundet for tæt kontakt med enten mobiltelefon, kreditkort og bilnøgler. Det er virkelig et kæmpe problem, da man jo ofte har kortet i sin taske, med netop disse ting i! To gange i løbet af blot to overnatninger måtte vi ned og får lavet nyt kort. Det er også en kæmpe belastning for det ellers søde og imødekommende personale, at de flere gange om dagen skal forklare og undskylde. Til morgenmaden går en tjener rundt og tilbyder kaffe. God service men det bliver for meget, når man efter at have takket nej bliver spurgt igen og igen. Han blev ved med at komme hen og spørge. Og det virker forstyrende. Udsigten fra den bagerste del af morgenmadsrestauranten er helt uden udsigt da vinduerne var totalt duggede til udefra. Da vi er glutenallergikere havde vi glædet os til jeres glutenfri- brød. Der var 1 bolle tilbage, da vi ankom til morgenmad kl 8.30. Badeværelses-kummen lugtede af gammelt tis og der manglede wc-papir.
