"One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. "Small hotel around 15 minutes walk from city center. Rooms are fine. Noise from neighbours was annoying maybe due to poor sound insulation. Breakfast was modest but fine. Still a good deal though. "
