"The hotel is in the main square so everything is within walkable distance. The staff members were all good especially the dinner supervisor Kire, and Goran in reception. Room service staff was also great. Overall a great hospitality and good experience ! "

"One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. Probably the worst thing was over soft...

"The hotel is in a fantastic location for the city centre with everything walkable from there. The staff were friendly, hotel was in good condition. Rooms were fairly small and air conditioning didn’t seem to work in any of our rooms. Beds small but comfortable. "

The restaurant was exceptional with the best breakfast experience for a long time. We also had lunch and dinner there and did not want to leave, It made the whole stay in the city extra special"
