"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "

"This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early . "

"Very nice, modern property in a quiet but great location. Perfect for a quick trip to Cayton Bay, Scarborough and Filey or other locations such as Pickering, Thornton Le Dale, Ravenscar and Robin Hoods Bay. Morrisons Supermarket is 5 mins away by car and the property also benefits from a Proudfoots local minimarket, which is within walking distance. A great chippy is also just a few minutes away."
