"This is a very spacious, comfy property in a great location for exploring the area. It was a short drive to Outwood station and from there a 10 minute train ride into Leeds. We also visited the National Mining Museum near to Wakefield which was very educational. We would recommend this house for anyone looking for a short break in this area."

"well the whole house was appalling. the house smelt as soon as you walked in, the ceilings were leaking the floors where dirty and brown. a broken fridge that stunk that we were unaware off until after 2 hours of being there. dirty dishes in the cupboard, no utensils whatsoever, holes in the wall, big clusters of storage all over the house, tv did not even work, the garden was an absolute mess, the built in fridge was dirty and sticky. dried up liquid underneath the fridge, the hot water did not...

"Overall a lovely house with great access to town and the peaks. I would stay again. However, please note there are strict rules on noise after 9pm and we were shocked to realise they had a noise detector somewhere in the house."

Location is quiet, and the City centre is only around 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and would recommend as a base for a city break or to explore the nearby countryside."
