"I booked the house for the Marji Gesick mountain bike race. I had five friends travel with me as a support crew. The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of beds and 1.5 bathrooms. A well stocked and large kitchen and plenty of living space. Outdoors was a nice grill, screened in house on the lake and a canoe. I caught a pike right off the dock Friday! I.e., ""stove top" means range top, no oven; "TV" means tv and VCR, no cable or broadcast access. (We did enjoy some of the old VHS and DVDs provided). Better directions to house would have helped especially after dark. We'd rent this location again."

"We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!"

"This place was amazing with the water on both sides. It offered something for everyone in our group kyaking, fishing, bonfires. Parking was a bit tight as we had four trucks and trailers with side by sides but we were able to make it work. We had a wonderful time riding the trails during the day and hanging out playing cards and sitting around the campfire at night. Would love to come back during the summer and again next fall. a great hangout spot "

When we arrived, there was a little glitch with the access code, but the host called me right after being notified of the issue, and he fixed it remotely in about a minute! There are many little thoughtful touches such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower, filled ice cube trays in the freezer, and extra fans in each bedroom.
