"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "Overall, very comfortable and location was very central. Well equipped except for cleaning materials. Off site parking was a challenge. The house could have been cleaner - there was food left in the fridge which we had to throw away. The outside table was very dirty. No antibac spray to clean it. "I always appreciate my stay at spring river. I only wish there was a coat hook by the door but apart from that it has exactly what I need in a hotel for when I am working locally. So convenient for Bluewater shopping too. Great friendly staff!"

"It was a fantastic nights stay, wish we could have stayed longer, as we were just passing through! The spa was amazing, lovely warm water temperature, great facilities with sauna and steam room, and really great planning to have family swim slots. The breakfast was delicious, great that it was included in the price of the room and staff so friendly. We stayed in the suite, not much extra a night but the room facilities were fantastic"
