However---be aware!!--the check-in process (at least for me) required me to leave my passport with the front desk staff for the duration of my stay. This made me very uncomfortable. "One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bed don't seem to have been replaced in 20 years, could feel ever spring poking into you all night. No AC so you had to keep the window open but the street was very loud. Possible cleanliness but I didn't want to look too close. "
