The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. "Our stay was very good for the price and the place was perfect for a family and for young people. Had a lot of games including foosball and table tennis etc. Sejal extended our check out time and was very helpful. "

"When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer."
