"Spent three nights at Jetwing Jaffna on a trip to the peninsula. I grew up in Sri Lanka, but, never had been to Jaffna and I wanted to visit. Jet wing is a great base around which to plan a trip to Jaffna. It is new, rooms are fantastic, staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and the food is exceptional. "Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. So diagusting and rude was that. We flew from Far far away ie Toronto and this is so horrible and shocking .first time we ever had to face such a situation at last minute. "A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "

"The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. "Converted Villa with 4 rooms in Jaffna suburbs. Nicely converted with pool, garden and small dining area. Accommodation roomy but with no natural light. TV with several English language channels - news and other. Good air conditioning and kettle provided. Hosts are helpful and on hand, this is definitely more of a home stay than a hotel. Jet wing is a great base around which to plan a trip to Jaffna. It is new, rooms are fantastic, staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and the food is exceptional. If you go there, try to get the Jaffna Seafood buffet. Unbelievable! Very convenient to drive or take a rental car to rest of Jaffna. Also walkable to the main city attractions including the bustling market. If I go back to Jaffna, I’ll definitely stay at jetwing again. "

Wonderful Stay at The Thinnai Hotel

"We had an amazing stay at The Thinnai! The atmosphere is lovely, with natural trees and plants all around, creating a very green and refreshing environment. It really feels like a little oasis, so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and air-conditioned made our stay really comfortable. A special mention to the fantastic staff! Dasinta at reception gave us such a warm welcome and was always happy to help with any questions. We also had great service from Dilakshi in the restaurant, who was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely breakfast. All in all, The Thinnai Hotel gave us with a memorable stay, and we’d highly recommend it!"
