"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." "From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."
