The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. "The location was great. What I didn't realize was I could not park at the hotel. You have to park outside the Sirmione castle area and catch a ride to the hotel. That was a process. It added about 30 minutes to my trip. Luckily, everyone spoke English and was very helpful or else we may have missed our check in time."
