"The hotel is basically new. Very clean and had a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfy, air con was great and quiet. 5-8 mins walk from the main bus & train station so perfect if you are just over night or arriving late. There is not a lot in the area around the hotel and didn’t spot any bars/restaurant in the area. It’s a good 20 mins yomp into edge of the main historical town from the Hotel. We only had 2 nights there and the staff were great and the hotel was perfectly acceptable. If I was staying longer then somewhere closer to the main areas would have been better. However if I was staying longer, I’d recommend going to one of the towns around Lake Garda instead as it was beautiful there! "

"It is located in the heart of Sirmione, 1 min to nearest beach. Parking is outside of old town, but they offer a free shuttle. Front staff was amazing. Nothing to complain!"

"What a gem! Plus the area around the place is astonishingly gorgeous and interesting. It sits on a peninsula (actually an island at the end of the peninsula) which you get to be crossing the bridge over water to the castle complex! Great hosts as well."

"The Lefay was perfect in every aspect. The staff were so informative and friendly. I have had a really tough year with my health. Its exactly what we needed. So relaxing and calm. We explored Lake Garda and the free shuttle service was really helpful. We are vegan and there was plently of choice for breakfast. We only ate lunch once and that was amazing. The Hamman was my fav - going nude was something new for me in the steam/sauna but an experience i will never forget. The walks around the property were just beautiful. The infinity pool...well just PERFECT. I would reccomend hiring a car if you plan to leave the resort. "
