Delightful independent cottage just 1.5km from the lake and immersed in the Sirmione countryside. It is surrounded by a large garden for exclusive use with vineyards and fruit trees and has a spacious patio equipped with table and deck chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing surrounded by greenery. The ideal place to stay a stone's throw from the lake but immersed in tranquility and surrounded by the typical vineyards of the area.
It is composed of a kitchen, separate living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The house is located entirely on the ground floor. Independent entrance and reserved parking space inside the property. The kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and the wifi is free.
