"The staff here made our trip to Turkey AMAZING. These guys are so awesome, every single one of them. The hotel had some availability so gave us a room upgrade to the top floor with the most incredible view over the mountains and ocean. The bathroom felt futuristic and was perfect, wifi was great throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was probably the best we had the whole 2 week trip. 10/10 would recommend. Will stay here again!!!! "

"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."

"This hotel showed lots of promise when we arrived at the front desk to check in. Great location in the small town of Şirince within walking distance of just about everything. Quiet room and nice gardens surrounding the property. There was a rooftop terrace with very comfortable patio furniture and a nice view of the surrounding valley. The included buffet breakfast was pretty basic, but adequate. We liked the two cats hanging around the dining room. What I didn't like was the room (the Rosa Gallacia) one of the Stone Rooms, which was cave-like with one relatively small window. Poor wi-fi, too. But, the real downer was the sewer gas leaking into room and the effort to cover it up with "essential oils" and aromatherapy sticks. The bathroom had only one working light bulb. Apparently, the room at one time had a ceiling fan, but that had been removed, but the hub had not. I did not see the any of the Mansion or Gulistan rooms, so I cannot comment on them. I would not, however, stay again in the Stone rooms."
