"Staff were unattentive ,need training for service protocol, had to literally get up for everything, never asked us if we needed anything,i.e food drinks,tried to book a ferry to bohol and they waited to long for response,,ended up not getting on ,i had to pay more to go to next port,,they in turn said it was the ports fault!!! If you are a lite sleeper bring ear plugs,lots and lots of dogs barking all nite,still enjoyed our stay,nice room ,nice ocean side hotel"

"Personalized service provided by all staff members and quality of food was excellent. Boutique hotel size with a beautiful terrace and a private beach. A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. We arrived after a long flight and needed a place to acclimate and to rest and are more than happy to have selected this hotel. The hotel does offer tours in the area. In a world of hotel chains this...

"Not clear with inclusions (breakfast etc) esp if you booked the rooms online. The staff do not seem to know what they are doing and always changing the prices when asked. Its called stay n save for nothing. "
