"Good house for 5 men. Fair number of stairs to dock but negotiable. Could use more lighting in kitchen. Had to use a flashlight to see stove controls. Great covered porch overlooking water and nice boathouse. All in all a good spot."

We had everything we needed to make all meals, which was a plus considering not too many places DoorDash to the area. The only downside, in my opinion, is the steep driveway and gravel road leading to/from the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect!"

"We rented the space for Spring Break and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone and it was well equipped with everything you would need in a home. The only negative is my husband wasn’t able to work due to no internet. However the owner explained that the internet should be installed within the next month. We would definitely rent again in the future!"

"We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! "

"We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but...

"This property is UNBELIEVABLE - even better than the photos! The home itself is gorgeous and designed to complement the beautiful, natural surroundings - lovely stone and wood and so many wonderful design touches! Every detail was thought of when considering guest needs - plenty of fridge space and ice (even at the dock!), a coffee bar area, spacious showers...the list goes on! But what made the property particularly spectacular for us was the outdoor space - multiple covered decks with comfy...

"Our stay at Bella Vista was outstanding! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and gave us the hang out space we were hoping for as a family and friend group. The property manager was extremely helpful and the views were outstanding from morning to night. Highly recommend!"

"The cabin is very cute. Someone with children this is great! It is not secluded. It has a neighbor within 20 feet of you and the porches are facing each other. If you like privacy, it’s not the place. The place is just cute with plenty to do. But the house next door that close is a deal breaker for privacy."
