"The property is in an excellent location in the center of Gent. Just a block away from a main street. The property block is quiet and very close to markets and restaurants. A fresh fruit/veg stand was a 3 min away. We were there during Gent Fest but we were able to still sleep through all the noise. 2 of the 3 rooms are away from the street, so we used those & it was quiet & we were able to sleep with no problems. "Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lots of first class bedrooms and ensuites. large clean kitchen and dining table made entertaining easy. Bar area was great too. Classy restaurant next door serves excellent food and the wine list is brilliant."

"The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. The loft was light and airy, the bathrooms modern. The common area has a nice seating area, a huge dining table and an adequate kitchen and a small powder room. "I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse."

"This home was amazing. We stayed here at the end of our time in Europe to unwind and relax for a few days. The farm is beautiful, the history of the home is incredible, and the hosts are phenomenal people. We drove to Brussels one day in 30-40 minutes, the local grocery store was easy. "

Every facilities you could ever need for a cyclist, luxury accommodation and excellent hosts. Fantastic character property, grounds and facilities. Felt like cycling kings."

"I organised a trip to the ‘mansion, as we named it, for my 50th birthday. Friends and family came from near and far and we had the most amazing time. The house has something for all ages and is in the most wonderful location for great food and beautiful walks at the doorstep. Ann was a fabulous host and met us at the property to talk through the house and all of its many conveniences and technologies. We had a magical time. Thank you so much."

"We had a really nice stay here with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler. The house is exactly as described and was really nicely done. The location was nice, quiet and still close to the center. Just a side note, it was quite hot outside when we were there and the attic bedroom was too warm for us. The other rooms stayed ok with the fans provided and downstairs stayed nice and cool."

"We had a great stay in the house. It’s a very peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house has two ‘fields’ for gardens at the rear with a mown lawn area near to the house with a patio area allowing you to sit outside for meals. The house is well furnished and well sized for a family. A short drive away are supermarkets a fantastic bakery and several restaurants. If you want somewhere that feels off the beaten track whilst still close to amenities and cities this is a great...
