"Fantastic stay and service. The family room we booked wasnt available but we were given 2 rooms for the same price and free breakfast and cocktails to make up for this...over and above. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The staff were wonderful.Perfect for an overnight stay after a concert at the 02. Would definitely go back."

Each last member of staff were very decent and a joy to interact with. I soooo appreciate their hospitality and assistance. The surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful, especially the park in front of the hotel. The stores within this area are unique and enjoyable to visit. The hotel was pristine clean. The property and facilities were excellent. I really appreciate your help and I will highly recommend this facility to any wouldbe traveller. "
