While the cleanliness of the room was generally acceptable, we felt that some aspects of the facilities and service could be improved. Unfortunately, there was a major water supply disruption during our stay, which made it very challenging—especially with an infant. "We loved our room! It was spacious and had a beautiful view of the park. Because it was about to undergo renovations, the hotel was not crowded. Although we noticed a few areas that needed a little attention, it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property. I hope the renovations do not destroy the ambience of the property."

"We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!"
