´El León de Sineu´ is a splendid traditional country house located in Sineu, a beautiful town on the island of Mallorca. It was built in the 15th century and has been completely restored to become a rustic holiday farmhouse. It offers a specialized accommodation service in pleasant surroundings. It is the perfect place for large groups to stay or to host a social event. You can request special prices for groups of 16 or 21 people. Offers great kitchen amenities. Catering service, beds and cribs, these are additional facilities available for reservation. It has a barbecue and a multipurpose event room. The building has 10 bedrooms with ten bathrooms en suite and 2 bathrooms in the multipurpose room. These 10 rooms are 1 suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 3 rooms with 1 double bed each, and 5 rooms with two beds each. For children we have small beds or cots. The house is in the middle of town, local restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away by car. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.Licence number: TI/81

Familientreffen auf Mallorca
Das Haus ist groß genug, hat ausreichend und gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmern und ist zentral, aber ruhig in der Altstadt von Sineu gelegen. Vor Allem hat das Haus viel Atmosphäre (Küche, Treppenhaus/Diele, Wintergarten und Hof/Terrassen). Mit 21 Personen haben wir die Kapazitätsgrenzen ausgetestet. Optimal wäre eine Nutzung mit +/-18 Gästen.
