"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "

"Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town. In addition to the location, the property itself was lovely. "This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). This is a family run small hotel with great staff and service. 5 star review!"

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"My favorite stay on our honeymoon in Italy! They even gave us with a free upgrade to a suite. I loved this hotel and only regret that we didn’t stay longer. The whole property was gorgeous and I loved hearing nothing but nature during the day. Their breakfast buffet was pretty great too. Would love to come in the summer so I could enjoy the pool but walking through their olive groves was lovely still. They have a lot of outdoor seating that would make a perfect spot to read a book. We ate at their restaurant for dinner and it was delicious! It is about a 15 minute car ride from the city center though so I wouldn’t recommend walking there (unless you are fine with a 35-40 min walk but there is a bus stop a 4 minute walk away from the hotel that’s convenient if you want to make a trip into town if you don’t have a car. I did pick this hotel though because I wanted a little getaway from the town center but not too far and this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitely love to visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting Siena! "

"Staff was very proficient in English for the most part, with excellent communication and professional in service through and through. Restaurant on site was elegant with good variety of menu items, though a little pricey as expected. Quality of food was above average but not excellent as expected. Drive to this monastery was fairly easy with surrounding village somewhat accommodating in amenities and conveniences. Keep in mind you would need a car throughout your stay here. Siena is 10 minutes away by car, a must see for at least one day. "
