"Airport Planet Lodge Kilimanjaro is 10 minutes from the airport. It’s not at it as google has. That said it’s a perfect place to relax after exciting safaris. The staff are brilliant and such a pleasure to deal with. If you ask nicely they will even assist with your local language skills. The food is of a high quality delicious. I loved my time there "

It has become a mature, East African arboretum with bungalows. Want to get outside of the hotel bubble … this peaceful, gated sanctuary is for you."

"Amazing property, great customer service, awesome calming river behind our back door, delicious food (sooo good), and a pool with monkey's swinging around in the trees above. I liked that they don't have tv, I was able to rejuvenate and get work done in a serene environment. Highly recommended!"

"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...
