"The sweetest hostess when we checked in in the evening. We enjoyed the staff, breakfast, and location. The only downside was we could hear people above us until 3am. They weren’t being loud just tv, and walking noises. Walls and floors just seemed thin but it’s an older hotel so kind of what you get for a great deal. We will definitely be back but will request a room on the top floor. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Bear's Den. It was spacious enough for our family's spring break trip to Glenwood Springs. We loved having a kitchen to use while in GS! Check in was easy and Mark did a great job communicating everything before arriving to the Bear's Den. The only issue was that this place didn't have Dish Network (as was listed online), so we weren't able to view basketball games for March Madness. This only affected us in the evenings as we were out and about during the day...

"The house is in close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars, so this property was in a great location. Pet friendly yard. Family friendly living room with lots of games and entertainment stuff. Craftsmanship inside the home was amazing. Really enjoyed walking around the home and looking at all the details that went into building it. Fit 9 people comfortably.
