"This property could be excellent. If they had out door furniture on the balcony. There was no where to hang wet clothes. And the biggest reason I would not stay here again is that the pool is the hottest pool I have ever come across, so may as well not even have one."

"We had a mixed experience in Mercure Nusa Dua. Most of the staff were amazing with some lapses of course, especially service during the breakfast can be improved. A special shout out to the Manager, Manies - she had been a gem and I am giving a star more in my rating only because of her. A big disappointment was the room size. The advertised area includes the washroom and is not really helpful. There is very little closet space. There is space to store only one suitcase and you can hang some...
