I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. This all happened at midnight, so we contacted the helpline of hotels.com and were assisted with booking a room in another hotel.
