I normally stay with no problem till the last time the very rude front desk person wanted to accuse me of smoking in the room which I don’t even smoke and refuse to refund my deposit for it. Never again will I stay here. I guess she was too hard up and needed the money

This property used to be nice when it was Best Western. But now with new owner, the property has gone down. The free breakfast was nonexistent, their was a roach in the bedroom, they only clean the room on requested day and they want you out of the room by 10 am to clean and if you are not, they will not come back and clean it. Outside look rough. I now it was an old nursing home and it had renovation to hotel but the layout wasn't done right.

The hotel staff was nice and flight will let me check in early. I also let me add an extra day to my room due to the three shut down and I couldn’t get home cause a winter storm the room with spacious it didn’t need a little upgrading, but other than that, it was perfectly good hotel so I would stay there again
