"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. "The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!"

"Mike was great with meeting us at the marina. Gave us a crash course on how to work things. Simple overall. Our boys (4 and 7) had a blast. Within walking distance of downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend this experience. "

"Pros: Good view, hot tub available, bonfire so we could enjoy S'mors, in the mountains so we could sleep quietly at night Cons: You can't check the gate number etc. unless you log in to Vrbo, but since it's in the mountains the signal was poor and we had to go back to town.
