"Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful...

"Bottom line: The Property is overpriced and not worth the money as the house is old; There are bugs all in the house and in the beds.There is poor temperature control in the bedrooms with no AC, The basement has black mold and is smelly, they did not open the basement rooms but we hired the full house on booking. "Stunning views, friendly host, reasonable equipped but stay disappointing partly due to poor weather (so outside space hardly used) and lack of natural light in apartment. Weather not Dorleta’s fault but unless you read the description and looked at the photos very carefully the fact that there is only one external window and that in the kitchen area is not apparent."
