"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. Restaurant, cafeteria next to hotel, good food , excellent coffee, excellent staff."

"Firstly, the breakfast pastries are some of the best pastries I’ve had in my life. (And trust me when I say I’ve had many pastries before today) crisp on the outside, feather soft on the inside. Dinner in the hotels restaurant was delicious!! The lamb shoulder was recommended and did not disappoint. The staff were soooo helpful, gave excellent advice re the hike. Super kind and friendly. Thank you to you all! The room was clean and bed comfy. Would absolutely stay again should I do the hike again. "

"The beauty of the setting and the property itself is stunning. The owners have worked to provide a gorgeous setting with a lot of room and a stand-out decor. The owner greeted us personally and made sure that we knew just where we were going and where we could obtain provisions and go out to eat. That was a very nice feature. To be sure, those who are lucky enough to stay at this property should be prepared to enjoy "the joy of self-catering" (quote from Colin) and that is certainly reasonable.
