"Friendly greeting at check in.Excellent service from the staff, especially Imad his attention to your requests goes above and beyond. The apartment had a comfortable bed,was exceptionally clean,very quiet location,Evening meals/breakfast are good and of course the views of the mountainous region are superb. Persevere with the road to the hotel it’s not exactly smooth!! You can think you have taken a wrong turning!! All in all I recommend this hotel and would stay again. "

"This is not a 4 star property, it's 2 star at most. The property is spotless and the surrounding area is stunning. BUT there is nowhere to lounge and read a book in the sunshine only uncomfortable dining chairs. The bar/restaurant is basic. There is a beautiful courtyard outside the rooms where a simple breakfast could be offered and a coffee machine installed.This place could be fantastic. Some of the staff in the bar made you feel you were an inconvenience. It's such a shame."

Great, spacious and modern apartment

"Great property close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Had a nice and comfortable bed, a smart tv and all the necessary amenities. We also like the reception area always had a person there so felt very safe. The neighbourhood was lovely but also quiet and safe. Be advised there is no tea or coffee provided, you need to supply your own and coffee filters if you use the coffee pot rather than the kettle. There are small supermarkets close by. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. The rooms have been recently renovated, they are spacious and comfortable. The bed with pillow options ensures you have a good night sleep. The breakfast is excellent, with many options to satisfy everyone’s dietary needs. The thing we like most about this hotel is the service. Everyone is welcoming, they go above and beyond. Upon arrival, they assist you with the luggage and when you enter your room there is a welcoming note with a small token of appreciation. It is these little things that set this hotel above the rest. In the past year we have stayed there three times. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends. When visiting Seville we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. We have already made our reservations for next year."

"The hotel and staff was very nice and could not fault the lovely room on the top floor . Breakfast was nice with enough options to keep you happy . Overall very happy with this hotel but please bear in mind if you have walking difficulties although most areas are flat it’s a 20 min walk to the cathedral and palace ."
